With us trying to wrap up 2023 on a positive note and start off 2024 on a strong one, I have decided to put up 10% of Andrew Hwang's ownership in GH Franchise LLC DBA Gamers Heaven Corporation, the parent company to Gamers Heaven Phoenixville, in order to close the books on some bad debt, and to also fund our new direction and plans for Q1 2024. 

This last Angel Investment Round is intended to serve as a bridge until we launch our next round of crowd investments with Regulation A+ late Q1 to Q2 in 2024.

Each share purchased here is 0.01 % of the 10% that is available. Every purchase will then be verified and reviewed between the investor and Andrew Hwang, who will reserve the right to deny the investment at which point a full refund will be provided. 

If accepted, an updated LLC Operating Agreement will be drafted and signed by all LLC members by the end of Q1 2024 with all new updated members. This operating agreement will acknowledge the date and amount invested into the LLC.
